Description
By: Ernest William Hornung
I thoroughly enjoyed reading this collection of stories featuring the charming and morally ambiguous character A.J. Raffles. The author, Ernest William Hornung, does an excellent job of creating a sense of tension and excitement in each tale as Raffles and his sidekick Bunny embark on their daring escapades.
I particularly liked how Hornung delves into Raffles’ complicated motivations and his code of honor, which sets him apart from the typical thief. The stories are full of clever twists and turns that kept me engaged from start to finish.
Overall, I found “Raffles, Further Adventures of the Amateur Cracksman” to be a highly entertaining read that combines elements of mystery, adventure, and wit. Fans of classic detective fiction will not be disappointed by this thrilling collection of tales.
